At the age of 26 years, Amit brings a vibrant blend of youthful energy and deep wisdom, backed by over five years of dedicated professional yoga teaching experience. As the founder and lead instructor of The Yoga Quest, Amit has made it his mission to make yoga accessible to all—regardless of age, background, or physical ability.

 

Having guided hundreds of individuals from diverse walks of life, including beginners, seasoned practitioners, seniors, and those with unique needs, Amit understands that yoga is a deeply personal journey. He is passionate about creating supportive, inclusive, and empowering environments where each student feels seen, respected, and encouraged to grow.

 

What sets Amit apart is his strong foundation in traditional yoga philosophy and technique, seamlessly infused with a modern, relatable touch that engages today’s generation. With a heart full of compassion and a mind committed to ongoing learning, he integrates mindfulness, breathwork, and personal development into every practice session.
