1. All Fees Are Non-Refundable

Please note: All fees paid for any service (Personal Classes, Group Classes, Workshops, or Trial Sessions) are non-refundable once payment has been made. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-attendance, or partial usage of packages.

2. Exceptions & Management Rights

As outlined in our Cancellation Policy, in cases where TYQ cancels a class, a replacement class will be provided.
The management of TYQ reserves the final right to make decisions regarding any exceptions or unique circumstances not explicitly covered by this policy.
